Form email and map
Fine-tune what reaches you from each form and add a map of your business with a directions button, no keys needed.
With these two integrations you decide how your form messages reach you and show where your business is. Neither needs keys. Both are for editable sites.
Email and Forms: what's the difference
When you publish, all your forms send their messages to the Forms inbox and we email you about them. That always happens, with nothing to set up.
Get messages by email is for fine-tuning each form: the subject, which fields reach you, what the sender sees and where they go next.
Setting up email
Open the integration
In Studio, open the Integrations panel and tap Get messages by email. You can also type /resend in the Cortex bar.
Choose how they're sent
- Berse takes care of it (recommended): no keys or accounts. Every message is kept in Forms and we email you about each one, up to 50 alerts a day; replying writes to whoever contacted you.
- My own Resend account: you use your Resend key and, if you like, your domain as the sender.
Talk to Cortex
Cortex sees every form on your site and suggests which to connect, the subject, and what happens after sending. If you have none, it offers to add a contact form.
Publish
The changes reach your site when you publish.
On the canvas, each form says where it sends to. If your page had a notice like "demo form", Cortex offers to remove it.
Automatic reply
You can send an automatic reply to whoever writes, with your text and their name. It needs My own Resend account with a sender on your domain verified in Resend. With Berse takes care of it, no automatic replies are sent.
Adding a map
Open the map
In the Integrations panel, tap Map of your business, or type /maps in the Cortex bar.
Confirm the address
Cortex looks for your address on your site and suggests which page and where to put the map. If it can't find it, it asks you.
Check it on the canvas
You see the real map where it will go. It has a Get directions button that opens the route in Google Maps.
The map is just another section of your page: edit its text in Design like anything else.
Testing email
Forms don't send anything from the Studio preview. Test them on your published site.
